After spending a few days in Phuket, we have arrived in Paradise!! The island is relatively untouched with a few beach bars and a very laid back vibe and we have decided to spend Christmas here. We have met some friends and we are enjoying the glorious sunshine, cooling down in the blue sea and getting into island life. Mike is also quite pleased to have a beer & football buddy!!
Here is our view everyday - not bad hey?!
Most days are spent chilling out on the stunning beach, near to a wicked bar, drinking mango shakes, eating great food and listening to the mellow tunes. Mike and Ben have also started a headers competition, check out the hats!
Don’t be fooled by thinking every day we are just laying on the beach, ohh no. We have hired a wicked pink scooter and have had a few road trips!! Again Mike has taken on the driver’s role. Needless to say we have ended up on a beach but hey we are out exploring this magical island!! 
You would be wrong to think the upcoming festivities have escaped the island. Here you can see the beautiful Christmas tree on the beach and also we have managed to buy a couple of hats to get into the spirit of things. Not sure what we will be doing on the 25th but as you have probably guessed it will more than likely involve lying on the beach!! However we would love to pop home and just smell those turkeys’s cooking and watch those festive films. What’s on this year any token James Bond or a classic like Oliver?!

Xmas Day was weird without you but we just about managed! Pops had a ton of pressies - all pink...she would love that pink scooter! The pics look fab and i love the beachy xmas tree! It was great to chat on skype, you'll have to tell me how to set it up on my pc so i can call you more often!!!

Merry Christmas you two. You are just having the best time ever. Not been on the lap top for ages as I've been so busy getting ready for christmas. Had a fab day and the christmas lunch was yummy. Had mum and dad and darren round, and we couldn't see are carpet for toy's. The girls were spoilt again. Still got loads of food and drink and probably will have turkey left for when you get back. Lots of people gone back to work today, ha ha ha ha, me not back til the 7th. The footie in the sea looks good fun. Good news for nat and James. Can't wait for the hen night, knowing Nat she will have it very well organised!!!!!! James got me PJ's for xmas and no other clothes, so when we went out on boxing day with girls so they could ride their new bikes, I wanted to wear something new, so PJ's went on, off I went, James laughed cause I ut my lipstick on. Well I bumped into so many people, who all said very loudly, do you have PJ's on!!!! Great..
Anyway Im off now to have a cranberry and turkey sandwich now and some buckfizz. Oh how the other live. Have an amazing New year. Cant believe how quick the time has gone. Its really cold here but your photo's look so hot and thats just Mike.ha ha. Take care my lovely's. Love Sammy and the gang

Love the xmas tree on the beach! Bet it is quite strange celebrating xmas somewhere so warm. Think the pink moped definitely suits Mike! We have just about recovered from xmas. All the family has gone home now so the house is nice and quiet. Have become addicted to 24 which Paul got 6 seasons worth of box sets to watch. He got me tickets to watch the motorbike racing in France in May, so I'm planning a little adventure for us over there. Hope you're both having a fab time and have a great new year! Hello to the King's!!!!!
Hope you trip is going to plan unlike your football team. I have just returned back from Upton Park where i witnessed the best game all year. The West Ham fans summed it all up by singing " 1 nil, and you fucked it up" much to the horror of the Man U fans. Of course i did not gloat much especially when Ronaldo missed a penalty, 2-1 to West Ham was a fair result. Nats face was a picture because we were surrounded by Hammers fans and all she wanted to do was cheer for your team.
Well enough of that i hope you are both fine and enjoying your trip, Pops and Nat are fine and im sure you will have a good New Year where ever you may be. By the way we now have a Nintendo W11 to play with. Take care James, Nat and Poppy x
Merry Christmas Mike and Dan, the island does look like paradise, a lot different from the cold winds home here. By the way Ryan and Ness, congratulations at last! I am so pleased for you, Ryan don't wait another six years to get married. Just welcomed my guests into the B&B for the New Year, fancy dress in the village. This time last year you were all in Looe!
Natalie and James have just returned from West Ham, obviously James is well pleased at the result!

I love the news about ryan and ness but think they are confussed with nat and james, if not thats 2 hen nights. Come on. Ive just lent my bee outfit to coleys mate to wear on new years eve where the girls are going to Looe. Saw your Mum and Dad Xmas Eve and had a lovely meal with them all 27th in Cawsand and Pop is a darling. Hear you are off to Australia in the New Year for five months - I want to be able to track you wherever you go. Next year will be James and Gem's wedding and guess what Michael that is the topic of most of our conversations - James gets fed up just like you did but I can't wait. Happy 2008 Losers. hope you had a amazing Christmas And New Year. Looks like you chose a stunning place to spend it. Must admit you are right with the comment on the view, stunning, although the couple standing in the sea must get very bored if they stand there evry day.
