West to East

Our last destination on the West Coast was Esperance, the place has the most amazing beaches, I know we have said this about lots of places but seriously this place is awesome just take a look and there is nobody on the beach!!

We left and made the long three day journey across the Nullarbor Plain to Adelaide. The roads go on forever and ever and ever. Travelling from Perth to Adelaide is like driving from London to Moscow!! Check out the sign beware of Camels, Emus and Kangaroos!!

It was one hell of a drive but a great road trip and I drove the longest stretch of straight road in Australia, 99 miles! We arrived in Adelaide and to be honest there isn't much there so we didn't take any photos. It is a nice place but not much to see or do therefore we continued our road trip to The Great Ocean Road.

Here are the 12 Apostles, unfortunately we had crap weather but it was really cool to see.

The drive was spectacular and we could of swapped our Buzzer for a convertible! We stopped in some small towns along the way which reminded us of St Ives ahhhh home. Our next stop is Melbourne and we are staying with some friends so Buzzer can have a well earned rest for a couple of weeks.

Just brings back amazing memories. Me and Ange loved Melbourne and the great ocean road. Dan, you look like you are filming for a schene in Karate Kid. Whilst you are in Melbourne you want to visit St Kilda and go for a drink in a pub called the Ritz. You can have a dance with Dr Carls band and Mike you might even get a kiss of Izzy or Libby. Then you want to take buzzer down to Ramsey Street and see if you can get a role of a few english Gypsies and scab a Christmas lunch off Harold and Lou. Keep save and your gettin closer to Whitsunday and Frazer island which you will love. Leeroy & Ange x x x

Hi son and Lemonhead,
The scenery still looks fantastic despite the poor weather, resembles Cornwall at the moment! Dan, I reiterate what Sammy said, you make me sick! Don't you dare say "my bum looks big in this"! I know you're enjoying Melbourne and you are now well on your next leg of the journey. Dad is watching the Big Fight, Argyle lost today against Charlton, I am just about to go to bed as I've got ten for breakfast tomorrow and I'm knackered!

Speak to you soon
Lots of Love
Mum Jenxxxxx
